Laboissieres, situated in the commune of Montagudet is 5km from LAUZERTE, a lovely medieval village full of charm and tranquility. Here you will find everything you need for the perfect holiday, a supermarket with petrol station, farmer's markets, a bank, doctors surgery and pharmacy. Laboissieres is situated in the Tarn et Garonne in the heart of the Quercy Blanc, Midi-Pyrénées. The house is set in a hilly and picturesque area which abounds with many sites of touristic interests. The warm climate allows all possible outdoor activities such as swimming, tennis, horse riding and walking.

The house, which dates from the 18th century is flanked on either side by a separate wing with it's own patio area. The house consists of a lounge, a dining room, a large fully equipped kitchen, five bedrooms (one with a king size bed and a large bathroom with double sinks, a bath and shower, another bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom, two bedrooms each with two single beds and one en-suite bathroom, finally a large bedroom with a double bed, two single beds and a bathroom - a cot is available), three toilets. There is a telephone in the reception area and you can phone out with a phone card from France Télécom. There is also a TV and hi-fi in the lounge and in the garden there is a barbecue. The bed linen is included in the price. The house is situated in two hectares of parkland with a magnificent view over the valley. Local Facilities/Places of Interest

Laboissieres offers ping-pong, bicycles, badminton, boules and board games. There are two golf courses nearby (one at 15km and the other at 25km), at 5km there is a horse riding center and municipal tennis court. Locally you will find a wide variety of restaurants which offer many local dishes, not to mention the famous Cahors wine. There are many renowned tourist sites nearby and concerts and expositions abound in the summer months.
