A charming 17th century property set in the beautiful 27 acre Domaine de la Plumardie, located in the heart of the Périgord Noir, close to the Vézère Valley with its famous pre-historic sites and the Dordogne Valley full of beautiful old chateaux, abbeys, medieval villages, vineyards and Bastide towns.Set on a hill top site and in a secluded and peaceful setting, La Plumardie offers superb views across the rolling countryside, a beautiful place to relax and enjoy or swim in our 13x6m swimming pool. La Plumardie offers Bed and Breakfast to a high standard in two guest rooms.

Roxane

This lovely guest room is located on the upper floor of a small typically Périgordin tower at the western edge of the property's unique horse-shoe shaped courtyard. Roxane has a double bed with separate shower room and W.C., Electric heating, telephone and T.V (to rent). Roxane has been tastefully decorated and retains many of it's original features, exposed beams and hand painted furniture, which give it a charm and character all of it's own.

1 Person - €35 per night including Breakfast and local taxes.

2 Persons - €41.50 per night including Breakfast and local taxes.

Aliénor

This large attic room is located at the top of the "Maison de Maître" which is a typical stone built Périgordin building. It consists of one double and two single beds and has a private bathroom with toilet. Decorated to a high standard with it's exposed beams and hand painted and antique furnishings this room conjures up the charm and character of a bygone era. The mezzanine antechamber leading to Alienor provides plenty of relaxing space and is accessed by an old wooden spiral staircase. There is Central heating, Telephone and T.V. (for hire). There are wonderful views of the surrounding countryside until the Dordogne Valley. We feel that Alienor is not suitable for our older guests or young children.

Evening meals are available for our guests with prior reservation, which include aperitif, wine and coffee.
€15 per adult and €8 for small children.
