This will depend on the severity of your complaint. Firstly you must raise the issue with the owner or their agent BEFORE you leave the property. Take photographs if possible to substantiate your claim. Write to the owner and or their agents within seven days of your return home. If you do not receive the answer you are looking for from the owner and your complaint is serious enough to warrant it, then we would suggest that you take legal advice. Please see our Terms and Conditions for more information.

Generally speaking property owners will resolve your problems immediately. It is their business and in their own best interest to do so.
