This room will comfortably accommodate antique ( lit bateau )child's bed and cot A second bedroom with king size bed and en suite shower room is accessed from the dining terrace. Both bedrooms have french windows leading onto terraces. The house is well insulated making it warm in winter and cool in summer and has electric heating throughout.

Local Facilities/Places of Interest

A 15 minute car ferry trip from Royan or Blaye will deposit you in the Medoc where you can visit the famous Château of Margaux, Paulliac. Don't miss a trip to the hillside village of St. Emillion where you can sample the wines and enjoy lunch in one of the many restaurants. The property is surrounded by small villages, most with a market, tennis courts, horse riding, antique/Brocante. Golfers can test their skills on the challenging courses of Royan Cognac and Sainte. There are many activities for kids including the well renowned Zoo at La Palmyre.
