	France Cruises Cruise through the Burgundy Countryside aboard the eight passenger floating hotel "Quietude" .
Just imagine relaxing on deck with a cocktail, chatting to friends or new aquaintences as you ease through the calm waters of Burgundy, past fields of white Charollais cattle and red roofed villages. Imagine waking in the morning to the smell of fresh coffee and pastries as you slip of away from your overnight mooring. This is your week aboard the Quietude!
	A French flavour to your stay... Quietude, with your French hosts Jean-Pierre and Anita, offers a flavour of France, though English is readily spoken unless, of course, you wish to practise your French. The dining room has a large overhead skylight giving a particularly bright and fresh feel. The salon is tastefully decorated and offers a music system, a small library and even a piano !
Chateaux, vinyards and historic towns After a morning's cruise and delicious lunch on deck, it is fun to explore some of the many sites Burgundy is renowned for such as historic abbey, Gothic cathedral, walled cities or even a wine cellar for an entertaining tasting. As active as you wish to make it Some take it easy while others walk, jog and cycle. Bikes are always at hand, and with miles of towpath and country lanes, and numerous villages and cafes to explore, there is plenty of opportunity for exercise.
	Your floating hotel: Quietude was lovingly converted in 1994 into a 100 ft long hotel barge with a large sun deck which steps down into a split-level dining room/salon. The far end of the salon opens into a corridor with 4 cabins leading off it. There are 3 comfortable doubles, all en-suite, and an en-suite twin with bunk beds.A modern kitchen and the crew quarters are situated in the stern.
