This leads onto the dining area and open plan fitted kitchen with hob, oven, fridge, microwave and washing machine. Upstairs is fully carpeted with double and twin bedrooms. Bathroom and WC. There is a private patio with garden furniture and barbecue. All properties have gas central heating making it possible for out of season lets.

Les Eyzies famous for its cave man dwellings and paintings and of course the many vineyards such as Monbazillac, St Emilion and Cahors. There are man made lakes with sandy beaches for swimming and watersports, golf at Castelnaud, Tombebouef and Chateau Devigier, horse riding, tennis and Canoeing on the Dordogne.
