registered under the Data Protection Act. As such all information provided to us is confidential and only the Advertising
Details will be made publicly available. Personal details will not be made available to any third parties without
your express permission.
France Direct will endeavour to ensure that advertisements are displayed as per the agreed proofs. However we reserve the right to modify any advertisement should the need arise, without prior consent. Advertisements or amendments, will be displayed on the Internet within 48 hours of an agreed proof being received by us. However no advertisement will be displayed until full payment is received.
Advertisers agree to inform France Direct at their earliest convenience of changes to their availability. We accept no responsibility for any loss of revenue which may result from the lack of such notification. Advertisers may be liable under the Trade Descriptions Act 1968, should they make any false statements or misrepresentation. Advertisers may be liable under the Consumer Protection Act 1987, if they do not ensure that the prices advertised are a true reflection of prices charged.
France Direct cannot be held responsible for any errors or omissions in any advertisement. France Direct undertake to accurately reproduce all advertisements submitted, but cannot be held responsible for any loss or damaged incurred as a result of errors or omissions. France Direct reserves the right to refuse any advertisement and will not be held responcible for any expenses or losses incurred. France Direct undertakes to safeguard all material supplied to us, but does not accept responsibility for the content or copyright of any text published by us. France Direct will remove any advertisement within 24 hours of receipt of a written request from the advertiser.
France Direct cannot accept liability in any circumstances where performance of the contract is prevented by reason of: War or threat of war, riots, civil strife, terrorist activities, industrial disputes, natural or nuclear disasters, fire, flood or adverse weather conditions, acts of God, closure of ports or airports, epidemics, government action or any similar events outside our control.
