The area arround the farmhouse is farming and wine country with many places to visit. Vezelay where many of the earlyC Christian crusades began being half hour away, the remains of Mary Magdelene are kept in the bassilica there. The Nievre is the center of many gourmet foods, fois gras, escargots, cheeses and wine.

The gite, part of La Belle Grange domain, is a beautifully renovated farmhouse with all the original beams, tomette floors and large fireplaces. It has three bedrooms and two bathrooms.
