We are situated on the D111 GPS map ref 48..29..839 N .. 003..45..847 W 30 minutes drive from the ferry terminal of Roscoff and to the south of the pretty village of Plourin les Morlaix. There are regular flights from Exeter, Southampton and Standsted to the airport at Brest which is 40 miles away, and the TGV from Paris and Brest stop at Morlaix. We can arrange car hire at reasonable rates. Morlaix has all the major facilities of a major town, including supermarkets, museums, shops, local markets, excellent restaurants, cafes, bars and Internet cafes. There is a thriving marina in which to while away a few hours looking at the boats. Horse-riding, cycling and walking available locally. The area has many fine Chateaux and historic buildings which are open to the public.

Louzourougan is a spacious south facing Breton country house set in 2.5 acres of wooded garden, ten miles south of Morlaix in Finistere, Brittany, placed within reach of everything this wonderful region has to offer.Louzourougan is a well maintained house accommodating up to 6 people. Upstairs 3 sunny double bedrooms (2 with double beds and 1 with 2 single beds). Travel cot available on request. Bathroom with wc, handbasin and bidet. Downstairs a recently fitted well appointed spacious kitchen with washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave, hob and oven and refrectory table. A large (30sq mtr)comfortable lounge with extending dining table, Breton fireplace. Another room leading to bathroom with bath, shower and handbasin and separate wc. A sunny sitting room of 25 sq mtres with double sofa bed has views across the garden. Satelite TV receiving UK programmes. Bedlinen is provided free of charge. Please bring your own towels. The large sunny garden has a copse, hazelnut and sweet chestnut trees,oaks, firs and ancient willow trees a gravelled drive and is equpped with garden furniture, a BBQ. Ample parking space.

Louzourougan is on the border of the Regional Park D\'Armorique where you will find nature at its most beautiful. The park includes the Monts D\'Arree, and extends to the spectacular western coastline with its picturesque villages, harbours and beaches. Here you will find some of the finest restaurants in the area offering dishes from traditional Breton delicacies to some of the finest seafood in the world. The uncrowded nearest extensive beaches are half an hours drive and extend for over 30 miles with facilities for all ages. The nearest village shop is 20 minutes away at Le Cloitre (5 mins in car) and has a convenience store, bar/restaurant and church. The famous Museum of the Wolves (perfect for children - computers and a mini cinema) is also in the village. In Plourin les Morlaix there is a large supermarket which is open Sunday mornings, boulangeries, chemists, cafes, restaurants, bank, post-office, hairdressers. The local hospital is situated between Plourin and Morlaix.
