Logis de Tertre is a typical Charentaise farmhouse located in the quiet rural hamlet of Le Grand Breuil midway between Mauze sur le Mignon and Usseau yet only 30 minutes from La Rochelle. Situated on the edge of the hamlet both gites have open views of the countryside which in July and August are usually full of sunflowers or maize. Also on the edge of the 'Marais Poitevin' you are in easy reach of the picturesque villages of Coulon, La Garette and Magne.

'Le Trisant' is a two bed /four person Gite created in an old stable adjoining the owners farmhouse. The ground floor comprises a lounge/dining/kitchen area with French doors leading out to your al-fresco/barbecue dining area. Exposed beams and stonework have been retained to enhance the overall effect. The kitchen is equipped with cooker, microwave, washing machine and the usual pots, pans and cutlery. A pine staircase leads to the first floor which comprises one double and one twin bedded room both having views over the swimming pool and countryside. the bathroom is fitted with a shower, wash hand basin and WC. A DVD and a CD player are also provided. 'Le Bronwain' is a four bedroom / eight person gite with a GROUND FLOOR bedroom and en-suite bathroom for the less abled as well as three first floor bedrooms, bathroom and WC.This gite is extremely spacious and the kitchen is also fitted with a dishwasher.
