Description of Property

The apartment is on the ground floor of a largish detached villa standing in mature gardens with a variety of trees and shrubs including bougainvillea, orange, lemon and fig. We have retired here and live on the first floor. The apartment is completely self-contained and has its own entrance and garden area with table and chairs and barbecue for alfresco meals. There is a 9m x 4m swimming pool in the garden for the use of our visitors. There is private parking on the drive at the back of the house. The accommodation consists of two bedrooms, one containing a double bed, chest of drawers, dressing table, wardrobe and bedside cabinets. This room has French windows leading to the garden. The second bedroom is smaller with a pair of single beds, a chest of drawers and a wardrobe. There is a shower room with shower, washbasin and W.C. The sitting room is well furnished with a three piece suite, coffee table, two sideboards, table and chairs, bookcase and T.V. There is also a wood burning stove in this room. French windows lead to the garden. The kitchen area is separated by a formica topped counter with cupboards underneath. The kitchen is completely fitted with a double basin sink unit, gas/electric hob, built in electric oven, dishwasher, microwave oven, food mixer etc. There is a separate larder/store cupboard with ironing board and iron. The water is heated by electricity and there is a washing machine available in the garage. The apartment is fully equipped although we do not supply bed-linen and towels except by special arrangement.
