The house is right in the town center of Antibes, It takes about 5 min. to walk to the old part of the town with the Provencal market, nice little local shops, cafes and restaurants. It is also just a 5 minute walk to the sandy beaches of Antibes. This area has a number of places of interest like the Picasso museum or the Fort Carre .

The villa has one bedroom with a double bed, one room with two single beds, and one ‘guest room’, with a sofa bed in the basement. It has an open living area, with a sofa, a dining area and an open kitchen. The kitchen is well equipped,with dishwasher, washing machin and microwave. There are two bathrooms: one has a shower cubicle and the other a bath with a shower. It has also a nice and sunny garden with barbeque and garden furnishers.

Antibes Juan-les-Pins has one of the longest coastlines in France. There are many beaches along the 25 kilometers coastline, and five ports. Here all the pleasures of the sea are available for all tastes: water-skiing or paragliding, diving, sailing, swimming ... Antibes Juan-les-Pins has also developed other sporting facilities: basketball, squash, walking, tennis ... Little wonder that Antibes Juan-les-Pins is considered the most sport-oriented town in France! There is much enjoyment to be found in the art, culture, sport, shows, walks, and on the beaches, but Antibes Juan-les-Pins has yet more delights for visitors. Flowers and gardens, marine life and unusual sea trips, simple and grand restaurants, all flavors in the markets, entertainment and attractions, quiet spots or lively areas, in fact something to suit everyone. There is plenty to do at night, too. In summer, the streets of Juan-les-Pins are alive till dawn; shoppers can stroll around the boutiques, and there are organized and impromptu events in the famous Pinède. In Antibes, there is the stimulation of the café-theatres, numerous restaurants and the marine park Marineland.
