The property is situated on the edge of the small hamlet of le Pouzat and is approximately 8kms north of St Jean D Angley. Le Pouzat is just off the N150 and so is very accessible and easy to locate. Bookings are normally from Saturday to Saturday and we ask that our guests vacate the property by 10.00am so that the gites can be cleaned before our next guests arrive. Thank you.

L Etable is very similiar to L Ecurie next door but is slightly larger. It has a roomy open-plan kitchen/dining room/sitting room with washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, gas hob and oven, tv/dvd player, hi-fi and comfortable sofa. There is a double master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, wash basin and wc. The second bedroom sleeps three and has an ensuite shower room with wash bason.

St Jean D Angely is just ten minutes away - boating lake (pedalos, canoes), childrens play area, karting, crazy golf and an indoor leisure pool. St Jean D Angely is a beautiful, old town with some small shops, restaurants and bars. There are tennis courts at Loulay which is less than five minutes away. The beautiful beaches of Royan are approximately forty minutes away. Royan also has some great seafood restaurants. la Rochelle is also about forty minutes away. Cognac is also in the vicinity with its brandy houses, including Martell and Hennessy.
