Hennessy is set within the grounds of Le Logis (manor house).It has 3 bedrooms which can be arranged as twins or doubles. The master bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom. There is a second bathroom. The two bathrooms consist of shower, sink and W.C.The kitchen has all modern appliances including dishwasher. The lounge has flat screen TV,DVD and CD player and internet access. Hennessy has its own private terrace, access to Le Logis extensive grounds, including private heated pool,gym,Moroccan Lounge,bar,gamesroom,pet corner,kids play area.

Tours of the famous brandy houses can be made in the town of Cognac.The town of Saintes is more bustling and famous for its Roman ampitheatre and Victory Arch.There are numerous sandy beaches at Royan and along the Atlantic coast. Ile de Re and Ile d'oleron offer tranquility and beaches. Le paleosite, an archaeological centre offering education and entertainment to adults and children is 15 mins.The Equestrian Centre offers horse and pony riding and the local Canoe kayak club in the village offers excursions on the river Charente.
