The Charente and it's gentle climate are well known Harmonie offers the perfect location for a relaxing holiday,yet not far to travel to many places of interest.

On the ground floor we have a sitting,dining area with an open plan kitchen and french windows leading to the private cottage garden,also on the ground floor the bathroom. The double bedroom is on the first floor.A large covered shared verandah connects the cottage with the friendly owners house complete with gas barbeque. There are also over 2 acres of grounds for guests to wander at will and there are sun loungers on the garden in front of the cottage. WE also have secure gated parking in the entrance courtyard.

Places of Interest

The river at ruffec is the perfect place to relax,swim, fish,canoe or even just a simple picnic on a summer evening is idylic. Cognac is a must visit for people who enjoy the eau de vie.and there are many small distillarys well worth a visit. La Rochelle and the atlantic beaches are just over an hour and a half away. Futurascope at poitiers is well worth a visit as is the valley des singes (monkey valley)just up the road from here.
