There is a private patio with garden furniture and barbecue. 10x6 metre walled pool, making it safe for families with smaller children. Gas central heating making it possible for out of season lets.

The area is abundant in history with many chateaux and medieval towns - Sarlat, Monpazier and Monflanquin. Les Eyzies famous for its cave man dwellings and paintings and of course the many vineyards such as Monbazillac, St Emilion and Cahors. There are man made lakes with sandy beaches for swimming and watersports, golf at Castelnaud, Tombebouef and Chateau Vigier, horse riding, tennis and canoeing on the Dordogne. The local town of Villereal is only 5km, offering all needs for your holiday - supermarket, restaurants, bars, bakers, chemist, post office and banks, pottery shop, antique shops etc. .
